Community Health Needs Assessment Survey

During our strategic planning session at the end of 2022, we committed to investing resources to better meet our community’s healthcare needs. In 2023, we hired a general surgeon, remodeled our front entrance, and converted to a more user-friendly electronic medical record system. As we seek to make even more improvements and address health equity issues in our community, we seek your input to help shape our future strategies.
